Managing director or business unit lead on an interim basis. Growth and digital transformation for startups, scale-ups and mid-sized companies. I come from execution, from systems and processes through marketing and e-commerce to AI, and release the brake no one on the inside can see anymore, with the team.
What I stand for
I lead on an interim basis, and I come from execution. Cloud, ERP and CRM, e-commerce, media and AI I have run operationally myself before I led them.
From requirement to delivery, with a team. I run initiatives in cloud, ERP, CRM and software: automating processes, connecting systems, making the CRM a single source of truth, architecture, roadmap and AI. Led strategically, delivered operationally.
I build companies, brands, and marketing and sales structures, and scale them, for many clients and in my own companies. From the first positioning through the growth engine to structures, teams and processes that keep running without me.
When growth fails to come, marketing and sales run past each other, or the revenue side has no direction. I take on the commercial side and make it steerable: go-to-market, marketing and sales in sync, growth with a clear direction.

It is the person who knows the way from the market all the way into the system and never has to hand it off.
In AI initiatives I work in the stack myself: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and Google Gemini, orchestrated with LangGraph and MCP, with vector databases like Pinecone and Weaviate and Cohere Rerank, for agentic workflows that run in production.
I don't decide in advance what your problem is. I have a firm way of finding out what it is, and then I take it on. For delivery I lead your teams and specialists from my network, and where it makes things faster, I work hands-on myself.
All on an interim basis. Four areas in which I take responsibility.
Interim Managing Director, Division Lead, Interim General Manager, Interim COO, change ownership in growth and transformation phases
Head of Digital, Interim CDO, Interim Head of AI, Interim Head of Transformation
Project Lead ERP/CRM/Cloud, Head of RevOps, CRM Project Lead
Interim CMO, Interim CRO, Head of Sales, Head of Growth, Head of E-commerce, Commercial Lead for marketing and sales
Companies I have worked with and for
As managing director of my agencies and as an advisor, across sectors: energy, real estate and housing, software and SaaS, telecommunications, insurance, industry, retail, logistics and fintech.
What happened in detail stays between me and the companies. Reference calls on request.
I recommend nothing I haven't carried myself.
Studies in marketing and entrepreneurship. Working as an entrepreneur since 2007.

Working session with a client
Not an advisor who has never carried responsibility.
Nearly twenty years as a digital entrepreneur. My first agency I built, led and sold. The second, Werk von Morgen, is in an exit process. That is why I am now free for the next task. I know how it feels when growth stalls and everyone looks to you, because I sat on that side of the table.
It began in execution, in owned, earned and paid media and e-commerce, over the years software, IT and AI were added, until both sides belonged together. This combination is rare in one person. Marketing, sales, commercial, digitalization and transformation I have lived from all three sides of the table: as a service provider, as a managing director, and as someone who bought in consulting himself.
That is why I don't bring a ready-made solution that has to fit your problem. I bring the judgment to see what is really blocking things, and the experience to solve it with your people.
That is why I don't have to do this. I want to, with companies and tasks that interest me. I work with a few at a time. Whether it fits becomes clear in a conversation.
A consultancy that hands over a presentation and leaves.
I find out what is really blocking things, and then take on the role that's missing to solve it.
An agency whose diagnosis conveniently always lands on its own portfolio.
I have no service package to sell. I sit inside your accountability and am measured by the result, not by a mandate I want to extend.
A recruiter who sends over a CV.
I come myself. Not a partner in the pitch who then sends a junior to the project.
A freelancer who tags along and lends a hand.
I sit in the org chart. I decide, prioritize and own the outcome.
The agency you commission.
The person you bring in for a task.
Growth is behind plan. In the leadership team there are three different explanations for it.
A leadership role is missing or has fallen vacant. The search has been running for months, and no one is filling the gap.
A change initiative is stuck, without anyone being able to say exactly why.
A goal has a date: investor, board, exit. And time is getting short.
Tell me what's on the table right now. If I'm not the right one, I'll tell you. And then, usually, who you should approach instead.
